People who live in true integrity encompass the following characterizes:

Authentic

Stay true to your values and beliefs. Trust your instincts rather than seeking confirmation from others. You need to live this life. Make it one you are proud of. There is no better identifier for integrity than authenticity.

Value Integrity

Understand who you are and the values that you aspire to.

Confidence

Your behavior is not influenced by others who do not share your values. Hold yourself to a higher standard within your conscience. When you are confident others will value you and proud that you are their leader and/or friend.

Make the best choices

Do what is right vs wrong. Care not about where life is taking you and your business/ organization but also how you are getting.

Transparent and honest

Feel no need to lie as it is important for them to get to where they need to get in life honestly.. When you are honest and value it, everything you say and do provides credibility. But when you’re dishonest, your reputation is easily soiled and will speak volumes for you. Fact is honest people do not fear the truth.

Each time you speak and make a commitment, you place your honor and integrity on the line. Keep the promise or commitment as it should be as important to you as it is to the recipient. You can always rely on people of integrity to have a word as strong as stone.

When you notice that someone is experiencing something troubling, you do your best to assist them with their situation actively.

Be prepared to accept the consequences of your actions. Understanding what is right is not as important as doing what is right. Be aware that yours may not always be the most popular road traveled.

Resilient

Hard work and sacrifice build character, contribute to success, and promotes happiness. Face the fears you are facing and provide a fresh perspective and strategy to move forward.
